About Me

I'm a real estate geek. There. I said it. I'm that guy who likes to go look at as many houses as possible to see what's hot and what's not. To get ideas and stay up to date on the latest market trends so I can give my clients the best, most up to date information available so they can make the right decision. I served a 20 year career in the military and my wife and I picked up a few houses along the way. But rather than selling them when we moved, we rented them out, beginning our real estate journey. In fact I liked real estate so much, I decided to become a Realtor when the time to retire approached. So, what does all this mean to you? It means you have a Realtor who eats, sleeps, and breathes real estate. And can bring the drive, motivation, and analytical and leadership skills to bear as we formulate the best plan to either find your perfect home or to sell your home for the highest amount possible. Real estate and the American Dream go hand in hand. Some say the American Dream is dying. It's not. Home ownership is still the fastest way to wealth and I'd love to be your trusted advisor on your journey. Remember Rembert! I fully support the Williamsburg House of Mercy. I donate a portion of my commission from each home sale or purchase, which provides their soup kitchen enough meals to feed our area homeless and food insecure citizens for about 4 days.
